Shipping & delivery

Once you have provided the delivery address, the price and method of shipping are determined automatically based on the size, weight and destination of your order. The costs will be calculated and shown on screen including the shipping costs and the costs for packaging, handling, administration, etc.

We will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered in the Netherlands within 1-2 working days after it has been confirmed. Check the tracking data which you will receive after placing your order. If you require shipping of your order from Papendrecht, you need to arrange this with your (area) secretary or a colleague based in Papendrecht, or you can arrange it yourself with the Transport department, based at the Papendrecht office.

Delivery times for orders abroad will be longer. Check the tracking data which you will receive after placing your order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our distribution center, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Delivery should take place within 1-2 working days. You can track your order using the tracking number and link in the dispatch confirmation email we will send to the email address you entered on your order.
