If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it by sending it back to our distribution center: Polderweg Oost 19, 2973 AN Molenaarsgraaf, The Netherlands.

You will be credited with an amount equal to the price of the returned product(s), excluding shipping costs and including tax.

The Boskalis shop guarantees it will refund any item(s), provided they have been kept in good condition prior to their return. This means the item(s) must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags must still be intact.

All our packages contain a delivery list that includes a return address label, please use this when you send your item(s) back.

Returns policy:

1. The customer bears the postage and packaging costs of the return.
2. Damaged or used products will not be accepted for return.
3. Returned products must be complete (all tags and original packaging are required).
4. Products can be returned up to 30 days from the order date.
5. If a product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during delivery, customers can make a complaint and return the product with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and a description of the complaint.
6. Complaints will be considered by the Boskalis shop administration as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the product receipt date.
7. All products in the Boskalis shop are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer.
8. For a new product, please place a new order. The customer bears the cost of postage and packaging.

Exchanges

If you have ordered a wrong size (clothes) you can exchange your product(s). Please make a note of the new item(s) on the 'reason exchange' on the delivery list.
Exchanges are processed as a new order but no additional shipping costs will be charged.
